Who We Are

Dadheech Infrastructures Private Limited is a company incorporated on 29th March, 2007 and is engaged in the business of providing construction and infrastructure services having its registered office at 9/12 ,Lal Bazar Street, “E” Block, 4th Floor, Kolkata- 700001, West Bengal. It is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata having CIN No. U14219WB2007PTC114838 with authorized share capital of INR 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) and its paid-up capital of INR 1,93,45,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ninety Three Lacs Forty Five Thousand only). The company currently has three directors namely Ms. Kirti Dadheech Sharma, Pawan Kumar Sharma and Sanjeev Kumar Sharma.

The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide Order dated 26.06.2023 on an application filed by SREI Equipment Finance Limited  u/s 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 being C.P. (IB) No. 367/KB/2021 directed initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Dadheech Infrastructures Private Limited and appointment of Mr. Soumendra Podder having registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00446/2017-18/10789 as the Interim Resolution Professional.

The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide Order dated 28.04.2025 (order copy received on 30.04.2025) passed the liquidation order IA(IBC)(LIQ.)/3(KB)2025 in CP(IB)/367(KB)2021 and appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Dubey as the official liquidator.

In compliance with Regulation 12(1) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, the liquidation published form B in Business Standard – all editions dated 03.05.2025 & Aajkal in Bengali on 04.05.2025 to submit claim as on the liquidation commencement date, whose last date of submission is 28.05.2025.
